My hubby did some lifting during high school and introduced me to bb. So 2008 I decided to start from home with what I have available. Up to Dec 2017 my training was on/off due to lots of factors. But since 1 Jan 2018 I've been training hard, am very motivated and determined.
Why I Love it
Bb is the only sport I really love doing. I like to feel the soreness in my muscles the next day telling me I've done something good. I love seeing/feeling my body change for the better, inside and out - becoming stronger, healthier and sexy.
