I think I first thought about building muscle when I was only a boy and seeing the gymnasts in the Olympics with big biceps and thinking I'd like to have arms like that too.

I love seeing how my body changes and it's a buzz seeing muscle growth. Working out is never a chore. I hate to miss a day at the gym.
