I first started working out in my early 20s. I had always been fit and healthy as a kid and teenager but didn't train with weights until 21 years old. Had my children at age 29 and 33, and haven't worked out properly since my youngest was born. I have always had a pretty good diet so my weight has been steady throughout my 30s, but now at age 41 I feel like I'm getting 'soft' and would love to be stronger and more toned. Plus I want to help keep my bone density up as I get older. That's really important to me.

Strength training makes me feel great. I love being strong and fit and I feel better in my own body when it looks good. Clothes fit better, so my mental health is better for it.
