Over the years I slowly became motivated, before I was just watching lots of bodybuilding videos/motivational videos. I was just taking weight training classes in highschool, which I only took twice out of the 4 years there. I wasn't really taking it to serious, as I was always self conscience about myself going to a public gym, worried I would get judged. After going back to highschool for an extra semester to finish up math, I finally built up the courage to start going. I took this all seriously April 2014, then took my food plan a little more serious November 2014.
My motivation is much higher then before, when I started going to the public gym I really enjoyed myself. Just the joy of lifting and pushing yourself to the max, setting goals for yourself and achieving them. I also had some support from my grandfather when he found out I started taking it a bit more seriously, as he used to body build when he was younger. I just want to push myself and achieve a great body while living a healthy life style like everyone should.
Then of course the right music, really gets me in my groove.
