I started working out at around 15. Purchased a Joe Weider muscle building course. I worked out in High School and College. I continued working out with some success at putting on muscle but my penchant for beer and late nights on the weekend never allowed me to progress. Over the last 45 years I had periods when I worked out but nothing steady and long lasting. Nagging injuries usally halted any progress.
Joined Guaranteed Fitness in Spencer, MA in 09/16. I'm 63 now so I have to take it slow. First workout was on 09/16/16. Was making good progress. Deadlifting 135 ILBS for reps. Then I tried an excercise I hadn't done since College and that was the Barbell Standing Military Press. That was on 10/15/16. Hurt my back and on 03/24/18 started again with a light full body workout.then another on 07/18/18 and 07/22/18. On 07/26/18 split my workouts into a 2 day split for my whole body. Chest, Shoulders, Legs Abs then a day off. 07/28/18 Back, Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, and Abs then a day off. Repeat cycle.
