I was always a very athletic kid growing up, but never pursued weightlifting. The first time I ever touched a barbell/dumbbell, I knew I fell in love with it. Though it's an everlasting battle with staying healthy and staying in the game, I will always try to give 100 %. It has been history since I was a freshman, and I am always looking for new ways to improve.
What's better than looking at yourself in the mirror and loving what you see? Nothing, that's the only answer to this question. Staying healthy is hard to do in today's society, and who blames you? This ever changing world is headed into the direction of enjoying food, when it's always been about necessity. As human being we must eat to survive, but it's out of hand in the way food is processed today. I work out because it relieves stress, keeps me health, and most of all sets the example of what we all should be doing. Until I am not able to physically lift a weight, I will strive to stay in great shape!
