Last night (2/22/12)...my Husband, Adam, began my first session of bodybuilding. He started me off with a light full body workout. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Most of my life my workouts consisted of cardio mainly by Dancercizing. But I think I just may be hooked on bodybuilding after just one workout...can't wait for my next workout.

Well, I only have ONE weight lifting workout under my belt...But I ABSOLUTELY LOVED how it made me feel afterward. Today I am sore, but it feels good to know that it is because something GOOD is happening to my body. I can't wait to start seeing results with muscle definition.
