I was a fat phuck. Im honest with myself. I was 376lbs and feeling ****ty, then I got into straight cardio and burned it to about 300lb. Then, after reading BB.com, and various posts/motivational threads, I have become a lifting addict. The last tool to my progress was to really refine my diet and make life changes not just substitutes and guessing.
Why I Love it
When I lift and eat right... I feel great. Health has been excellent. Just need to lose that last chunk of fat and then do an extremely slow bulk this fall for my first time. BB has so much information! I want to be a 6'6" Zeus. I mainly want lean muscle. I am just an average ogre looking to have some muscle ;)
