Having people in my life that share the same values, ideas , and discipline often helps such a grueling lifestyle and is my motivation. The bodybuilding world is at best very difficult and only few can survive the hard work, dedication and determination that is often required. If you have ever done a "deplete" that we must do a week before a show; that is TRUE discipline. Our world requires you to maintain your physique all year, not just for shows, this makes us available for photo shoots or appearances at events that we frequent year round. Most say they can ...but few actually do, it is a hard road but well worth it, and also my motivation is the mirror, it tells no lies.

My Motivation is fear of "BIG BUTT SYNDROME and THUNDER THIGHS LOL
In other words .. I don't want a BIG FAT ASS LOL coming in the door 5 minutes after me LOL
