I've always played sports, but was always that "thick" athlete in high school. I ate whatever I wanted and never went to the gym outside of lacrosse or swim practice. When I got to college I decided I was going to LOSE the freshmen 15 and that's when I made it a weekly regimen to hit the gym on a regular basis. Unfortunately, it wasn't until my sophomore year of college that I lost the freshmen 15, in an unhealthy way. After being at the lowest point in my life and hitting rock bottom I decided I wanted to take control of my life and be an independent women. After that I made up my mind that I wanted to become an overall successful person. I channeled all my energy, ignored the haters and dug deep, here I am today- A national level fitness competitor, Muscle Tech sponsored athlete, and fitness professional.
