I was hit by a car in college, while walking in a cross walk. The drive blew through a stop sign, on her phone, and hit me. I jumped at the last second and I believe that is what saved my life. My year of Physical Therapy taught me a lot and so did my two roommates in college. I developed a fitness product to engage my entire body and make exercise more fun for me. I developed The Spyder 360™ along side consumers, trainers, strength coaches, and elite athletes. as well as those who are recovering from injuries or surgery.

I love it because of how my quality of life has changed. No more stiff neck, back, or shoulder. My range of motion and grip strength has come back, somewhat. Its a journey I will be on for the rest of my life.
