I'm a very friendly and outgoing person but can be shy at first. I'm a theme park blogger and can usually be found there on weekends or at the movie theater watching something new in the big screen.
During my younger years, I played soccer, baseball, and track. Even though I was in good shape at 5% body fat and at that time. I thought I wasn't and it was a big struggle for me.
In 2010, I was involved in a bad car accident where I almost lost my life due to texting and driving; I was in a coma for 3 months, after waking up a month or two I had an appendectomy surgery since then I've been gaining weight and not being able to get back on track but like a wise man once said "Enough is enough! I had it with these motherf*cking snacks on this mothf*cking plane!" I will say "Enough is enough! I had it with this f*cking excuses"
Why I Love it
I never been a gym person but was in shape from doing some sports at school but after my accident (above) start started gaining weight.
I've always been shy about working out at the gym and not knowing how to use any equipment, but after hiring a personal trainer, helped me understand any machine and now I feel more confident to start on my own and be more healthy but my only struggle is still nutrition but joining Bodybuilding.com is been helping with me with the workouts.
