In 2011 I started on a new way of living and did a 12 week body blitz challenge. It changed my life and I have consistently worked out and ate clean since - sometimes a little too fantatic and sometimes not enough. In 2014 I set some weightless/physique goals which I didn't quiet reach and then blew out on eating in the last month of the year. I am determined to hit those goals in 2015 and was looking for motivation, was toying with getting a PT to take fitness to a new level but saw body space and decided this would do the trick. I have always trained myself but know I need to push harder and train smarter this time to get to my elusive goals!
The look of a fit body is not about beauty - it is about discipline, working hard and being above average. No one just gets a fit body, you have to work hard at it, earn it and know that your image reflects your character - strong and extraordinary!
