I started my bodybuilding journey almost 12yrs ago. I was looking to change my lifestyle and started going to the local gym. I stayed consistent doing full body circuit training 3 to 4 days a week. Then as I started to get stronger I started doing more of a 5 day spilt. 2yrs. ago I stated competing in local NPC shows in the Men's Physique Tall class...I am 6'-1". I have had great success so far and looking to keeping grinding to get that pro card.

Bodybuilding keeps me healthy and keeps me motivated, and i just love setting goals and passing them, great feeling. My new goal is to become a Men's Physique IFBB Pro.
