in high school i started training for football. I used that drive to walk on and play division 1-A football at East Carolina University. After having to transfer back instate and hanging up the cleats, i settled into normal college life a tad bit too much and gained 15 lbs. I got back into the gym and burned it off and my weight fluctuated for a most of college. I didn't learn about working out efficiently and healthy eating until Feb 2008 when i started working with a trainer. That is when the passion for fitness started and the fire got lit to become a trainer. I have been doing both constantly since 2008 and even got certified to be a trainer in 2010. I worked briefly at a big box gym in 2011 but seen that was not the right fit me. I refocused my shift to be a strength and conditioning coach as well as sports nutrition certified. Also i want to compete in a physique show as well as fitness show too.
it creates discipline not only towards your workouts but towards everyday life. also the weights doesn't play favorites, there isn't any politicking. u get in what u put in. If you do what your suppose to do you will get results. If you don't, it will show.
