I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I lifted weights casually until around 2006. At that point in time I decided to get serious and hire a personal trainer. Through working with him and finding self discipline I was able to take my body fat percentage down from 27% to my lowest of 14% in 2008.
Why I Love it
I love bodybuilding, because it is all in the preparation. It is all about putting in the time and energy and staying self motivated. The meditative feeling from an intense workout is unmatched by anything.
