I started because my dad was always a bodybuilder. And as a young child I always wanted to be as big as my dad. (Bench - 400. Squat - 600ish?) So finally when I was 15 in a half I got my first weight set with my friend Ben. In the beginning I knew NOTHING about nutrition or anything to really put the weight on. So now.. Now that I know what I need to do.. It's time to put the muscle on.
Why I Love it
I love the feeling of accomplishment after working out. I love seeing the improvements in the mirror. I just love this sport over all. And hope to one day go and major in nutrition.
