I started working out in grade 10 i had no clue what i was doing at all, but something had to change i was 5'8 230 pounds and %35 bodyfat. I was picked on all through elementry school becasue of my weight and i had asthma growing up so it was very hard for me to be active and lose weight. I deceided to try the no carbs diet and i lost 30 pounds and kept it off, but i still had alot of work to do before i was going to be happy with myself. I got a gym member ship and by the time i graduated highschool i weight 170 pounds! i lost 60 pounds in two years. Since then i havent taken anything in the gym seriously. I have been yoyoing with my weight for about 3 years now and i need to push past and get to were i want to be. This website and the compeltetions that they host are just the tools ill need to help get me to be were i want to be. Thanks BB
Why I Love it
I love bodybuidinn, it give my an amazing sense of achomplishment when i fished each workout. The energy and the focus i bring in the gym reflects on what i do outside the gym. Overall it make me happy and i love to see result and transform my body into something that i can be proud of.
