After college, I joined Bally Total Fitness and fell in love with weightlifting and exercising.

It provides me with a sense of calm and personal growth. I get so much satisfaction from knowing I'm able to do something for myself that is so important not only for me but for my family as well. I take pride in knowing that once I've finished a workout, I've gotten that much closer to a personal goal or personal best. And only I can do this. No one can lift the weight for me or eat my food for me to help me achieve this. This is something I have to do for me.
