Why I Love it
I have always been someone that enjoyed the gym and keeping active in sport while growing up. I recently broke my right leg on November 2012 and was inactive for 7 months. Going thought physical therapy and giving the okay to get back into the gym on July 2013 I haven't looked back. Trying to keep my diet healthy, and hitting the gym no less than 5 times a week. I have motivated two of my friend to start joining me. They are about to hit there 3 week mark next Monday and we are going to graduate from are ice breaker work out to more physically demanding work out. I like to inspire people to live healthy and help them along the way, and it helps me to push hard for the better. All in all get out there and work out and have fun!
