I always had an interest in body building. The strength. The form. The excitement of forward progress. But at over 350 pounds and in my 30s I realized I needed to lose some fat. Get fitter. And prolong my health and well being before I was so old it was half impossible. I lost weight quickly at first but struggled to keep consistent.
Why I Love it
I began to seriously take body building serious when I saw the drastic change in me. And even more so after I began to realize my current job wasn't for me. My passion was fitness. And have since made huge steps forward. I'm chasing not only personal improvement but hopefully a job within the fitness world one day. I love helping out new people in the gym. And learning from anyone I can.
