I've been a yoga girl that does cardio for years and have not seen any major changes to my body other than flexibility. A friend I admire told me about the great results she got doing strength training and so I researched it and found bodybuilding.com. After watching some of the videos, I decided to try Jamie Eason's LiveFit because she is my height and the closest to looking the way I desire to be. Then I did Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred which I also think was great! Now I'm working on my own custom program.
Prospective friends: I prefer to add people that show their face because I don't just want to be friends with a body part. Thanks for your understanding!
I am excited to lean out and learn to actually sculpt my body to live to my highest potential. I believe I can do it with body building, although my goal is not to be a fitness model or a competitor. I just want to be my personal best and continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
