Sometime in 2010 I realized I had become something I didn't like. I was within BMI specs, but knew I was fat. At first I went about loosing the weight the wrong way; only reducing calories. At some point I got my weight down to 155. This is when common sense kicked in and I joined a gym. I had a couple false starts, but I've been going 4+ days a week for nearly the past year.
Why I Love it
Working out makes me feel better. I feel better physically, and mentally. It's a real stress reducer. As I achieve better conditioning I also feel better about the way I look.
