When I was in my 20s I met a man who taught me about bodybuilding which I thoroughly enjoyed doing with him as a team. I fell out of it after we broke up a year later and have been working out off and on since then trying different types of exercise such as aerobics, weights, zumba and yoga. Just recently my sister and her boyfriend re-introduced me into bodybuilding again and I was doing great last year until I injured my knee. My knee seems stable now so I am returning to this lifestyle full force.
I love to workout with weights because I enjoy seeing the difference in my body shape, watching the muscles develop and seeing the reactions of people surrounding me while I work out. And since I have been on Bodyspace, I find the people here are so motivating and inspiring, while I also try to help them...It's a WIN WIN situation.
