My friends used to make fun of me for being "fat" so I made the decision to never let them have the opportunity to make jokes again.

It is a stress reliever. I love seeing my gains. Now more than ever I am at ease when I work out. It is my time, I don't have my phone on me, I don't have people talking to me, I can just be alone and enjoy that time as mine.
