My wife was having health problems, and it was becoming hard for her to walk. I realized that I was going to have to pull my weight more than I had before -- and I had too much weight to pull already. I was at 186 pounds, had been as high as 195 at one point. I felt like I needed to get down to 175. Well, I've surpassed that and I'm still improving. And my wife is doing better too!
Why I Love it
I like seeing the change in my body, I'm feeling younger and more energetic, and I like the triumphant feeling when I get that weight up there after making my best effort.
