I have always been interested in staying fit and active but I got on this site and started to become more serious about weight lifting because of a pact made with a close friend. My inner determination will become my outer body.
Why I Love it
Working out gives you strength both physical and mental, which is a feeling like no other. Weight lifting gives you a challenge every time you set foot into the gym and the ability to conquer it everyday keeps me coming back for more. The post-workout fatigue and soreness always reminds me of a mental badge of honor that I gave it everything I had.
