I was a dancer and cheerleader when I was younger - I have always been into fitness! I have become more interested in weight lifting since the "figure" craze started. I'd love to compete in a figure competition!!

I LOVE to feel and look good. I get a natural "high" from working out and am a much happier person overall. I am a better mother too!
