I started out back in 2012 working out utilizing the Xbox doing UFC training. It was a great tool to get myself and my wife started. Toward the end of 2012 I started Mike Changs six pack short cuts program all the way until mid May 2015. While it was a great program, I did not completely follow his meal plans well and after getting down to about 185lbs, I went back up overtime to about 204. Hoping that Lee Labradas nutrition and workout program make a big impact, as we are dedicated to the lifestyle now. After watching the documentary on sugar called "Fed Up", it really made me rethink what I was putting in my body.
I really love working out to stay fit and have energy to do things. I have three kids and want to be able to have the energy to get out and play without getting tired and sluggish. Some days can be dreadful (like Leg day), but overall, I still enjoy the feeling after a good workout.
