i got started when i finished my internship at my current gym.
i devolved much interest for bodybuilding and my relationship hanging on a thin string i decided i had to work out more..
why? not because i didn't look good...i wasn't beefy...a bit skinny maybe but, fitness made me feel good...took away the Stress, and made me feel better about myself.
When i broke my leg in 2009 i continued going to the gym, it was difficult but my motivation was high and i became a lot stronger in my upper body.
Then there was a turning point...my leg healed and suddenly after almost a year i could walk normally again.
After that, i stopped hitting the gym too often.

After that, ive been hitting the gym for long periods on and off.
Now, for over 3 years ive been down and out. BUT, because i've gotten fat and feeling really bad about it, I will be back at the gym. Lets see how it goes.
