Well, I really messed up. I started back in early 2009 when my wife got us passes to a local gym. I managed to get myself down from almost 250 lbs to 175 lbs in a matter of about 10 months. I had just finished cutting and was about to start on my first real bulk and I hurt my shoulder. It took almost two months for my shoulder to recover, and in that short two months I lost my motivation and stopped working out completely. Fast forward a few years and now I'm right back where I started. I have recently purchased equipment so that I can workout at home. I'm a Dad now, so leaving the house to workout is tougher (although not out of the question). I've started a workout plan again, and I'm eating better. I've already dropped a few pounds since I started, and I'm looking forward to busting this out day after day until I finally reach my goal weight again.
I love the boost of energy that I get after doing cardio. I thought it would be exactly the opposite and that I would be tired after working out, instead it gives me energy, and I love it.
