I have always liked sports and the gym. I did karate and aerobics on the side in high school. I played soccer for 8 years when I was younger and also ventured into volleyball a few years. When I started college I joined the Student Rec center and realized I LOVE working out. After I graduated and became a nurse I joined 24 Hour Fitness and started my new fitness journey. I have dove deep into the weight lifting world the last 3 years and hope to continue and grow and change even more from here on out.

I love the rush of enery and the adrenaline. I love pushing my body to that max and really seeing what I can do.
