Since I was 7 years old, I had been a fat kid (was fattest when I was 9-10). Some years later, I started to lose small amounts of bodyfat. On a trip to Miami in August of 2011 was my first succesful weight loss journey, losing 4 pounds in 4 weeks (small, but a start!). On another trip to Miami (February 2012), I really got into weight loss, and sheded 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I then continued to lose the weight. I'm happy of having being able to do that but now that I'm leaner I'm gonna try to gain muscle
Why I Love it
Working out gives me more confidence and self esteem, and it makes me feel good.
