Well I guess you can say I was always that fat nerd that everyone picked on. I used to be the one who everyone would think was annoying and would try to stay away from. Soon I got along with, I guess you could say the popular crowd, in middle school and they thought I was funny and basically I thought they were laughing with me when really I was just their pet to be laughed at. Then I realized I needed to change because I had gotten into High school and thoughts of a girlfriend came up. So i realized I needed to change my body but I never knew how to do it so I just kept tying and i kept giving up and i got nowhere. I was getting fatter and fatter then i went to the doctor and he said that I am borderline diabetic and that my eating habits need to change and that i am getting extremely unhealthy and i will have a heart attack by the time i hit 20. SO i got serious and started dieting with my friend. Who had the same problem but fixed it because he went on a diet and changed his body and became ripped. So i joined him in doing his P90X workouts and going to the gym with him and trying to eat healthy with him. And he put me on the right track to a healthy life.
I love working out because it gives you that amazing feeling after your done working out and it feels like your on top of the world and your just so energetic. Working out helps me keep my mind on something to do and if i ever get upset about anything or angry i always workout because it helps me clear my mind and think straight. I also love the feeling of improvement every time you go into the gym and workout you KNOW that you improved at least a little bit and that starts to add up into big change til you reach your goal.
