As a teenager I was always active but also very skinny, I found it impossible to put on weight no matter what I did. Then when I was 18 I took up Traditional Chinese Kung Fu and started to notice an immediate improvement in my physique. Over the next few years my strength and fitness continued to improve and my overall mass slowly began to increase. In the summer of 2008 I started to work out at home in preparation for a holiday and within a month I had joined a local Gym and have been hooked ever since! ! !

There's nothing quite like the sense of achievement you get from performing that one extra rep or lifting that weight you've never lifted before and knowing the only thing responsible for it is your own hard work, determination and commitment.
