I was always somewhat of a runner, and took up weight lifting when I was 19. I was instantly hooked! I worked part-time at Bally Total Fitness during undergrad and worked out daily. I met some competitors along the way, and it was a dream of mine for nearly a decade to be a figure competitor before I finally stepped onstage for the first time. I learned a great deal about fitness and nutrition along the way.
I have since competed in 7 figure and bikini shows, winning awards at the national level. I have worked as a personal trainer and stage prep coach. Today I am a full-time attorney and part-time health and wellness coach with Beachbody. I love helping dozens of people every day to lose weight, feel great, and gain self-confidence.
