Turned 50, passed my fitness test with the military and decided rather than work out modestly, that I would because I turned 50 and needed to stay in shape that I would maintain my physical fitness this time around. This is my 3rd rodeo with attempting to maintain my physical fitness with strength and weight training. Takes too much work and effort to keep starting over.

I really don't but it helps with my confidence and emotional health.
