i was raised in a family of six kids, i was born with one kidney, i was raised in a chaos... i never did any sports growing up. I began training because i was left out, and had no confidence, nothing to be proud of besides my love for art. I was 6'3'' 165lbs, i knew the body i wanted, i created the visual in my head, this dream. Then I forged my plan. Ive always had a clear vision of where my body was going, and what it would take to get there. I never spent alot of time talking about it, i just got to it.... From lifting on a wooden homemade bench in my attic, to reading nutrition and training articles for hours, all the way to my first bodybuilding competition in 2011 i kept at it. Bodybuilding started as a way to obtain recognition from others, and gain confidence.. The truth is training for Bodybuilding has graced me with alot more then a few gold plaster trophies, it gave me a work ethic... a hell of a work ethic.
It has become a way for me to set a goal and reach it more then anything, to keep myself in tune with life.... Training is hard, but nothing compared to life
