I got started working out hard when I was a trainer at Roc House fitness in Whippany from there I joined the Army where most work out 2 times or more a day, a lot of cardio but a good amount of weight training in the afternoon. I am just a skinny guy making an small mark on the bodybuilding community but hope to one day be more then just a stain. I am currently training to be in my first contest next October I hope in the NPC mens physique in NJ.
Why I Love it
I love working out becasue it takes a lot of stress off of my life and I am able to clear my mind in the gym where all I am counting are the reps I am doing and helping a friend or two out with some motivation to lift harder. The pump I get in the gym makes me feel like I am changing myself for the better and I love that.
