Years ago I was in a severe car accident that threatened my life, and took away my dream of being a professional football player. It happened a couple weeks before college, so I never even got to play there. I went through 6 very long years of operations and physical therapy and was told I would never play football again, never run, never lift weights, etc. My metabolism had slowed, and I had a massive weight gain. Muscle had atrophied, and I went well over 330lbs with around a 52" waist. I was also suffering from muscle dysmorphia (reverse anorexia). I was very obese, but saw myself, and felt small. I was sick physically and mentally. I would wear layers of clothing even in the warmest of weather, and I would gorge myself with food in an attempt to feel "Full". I defied the doctors and started training again. I lost over 130lbs and then told people I wanted to compete. They laughed at me until I beat everyone who laughed at my first show. Now years later I am a professional bodybuilder, write for 4 magazines, am a fitness Ambassador, have won many awards including bodyspace Male of the year, AND I am a lifestyle coach and transformation specialist responsible for the radical transformation of hundreds of clients worldwide.. I am a living testament that anything is possible if you believe in yourself! I "dared to dream!"
