I played waterpolo in high school and college. So after giving 8 years of your life every morning and every evening to practice. Not something that you can just give up. I was never allowed to lift weights in high school or college. Coaches felt i was already to big in the water. So once i had a chance to pick up that iron I never looked back.

I just love it!!! This is a individual sport. No one else to blame the lose on. You cant use others as an excuse why you are failing in the gym. In this sport you get exactly what you put into it! No matter what kind of day I have, I can always get into the gym pound out a insane workout and by the time I leave the gym all has been forgotten.
