It all started during my days at the university. I got my runs in and lifted weights between classes. Even back then, I couldn't live a sedentary lifestyle. I've always been active. Since then, I've been working out for more than 20 years.
Why I Love it
It's therapy, plain and simple. Cranking out reps at the gym is the perfect way to blow off steam: if I had a rough day, a tough workout helps me regain my bearings. If I take care of my body and well-being, I will stay at the top of my game in my family life and career.
