I was always into games and always good at them because I spent most of my free time playing games. I wanted to be great at something in the real world instead of a virtual world so I decided to commit time day to exercising instead of games. I figured that I should commit my time to something that will pay off in the real world and have something to show for it. I eventually got just as addicted to working out as I was to games, which in tern was the better/healthier hobby to put my time into. Now I am a personal trainer and I have an opportunity to help and spread my passion to others!
Working out is fun, healthy, therapeutic, and best of all the body changes over time! Loving the progressions in strength and aesthetics! Nothing beats the feeling of having a great workout and feeling good about life when feeling healthy, active, and stress-free!
There is always room for improvement and new goals to be met. Working out has improved my strength and coordination so I have been practicing calisthenics to put my strength to the test in creative ways!
