When I went on my first deployment I had gained 15 pounds from my medication...I lost that 15 pounds and started hitting the gym again but only doing the basics to get back into general good shape.

I feel so much better about myself when I feel like I've accomplished something. Working out gives me something to look forward to and something to always challenge myself with. I can always step it up another level when it comes to working out.
