Earliest was when i was a young lad in high school, p.e class. We did a mix of sports, and working out. At that time, it had to do with impressing women and looking good. However the working out part was not consistent and i really knew nothing about nutrition. Throughout high school, i was still active played mostly basketball at lunch time and out of school, but it was an on and off relationship when it came to working out. I became more interested when i started to collect men's health magazines around junior/senior year in high school. After H.S, college came along and it was pretty much the same thing; going to the gym every now and then. But it was around my second year in college when i began to eat more healthy, made a schedule for the gym as well as wrote down what i ate and such. I was on a roll during august 09, going for almost four months till i had minor chest and back pain that kept me out for a while. It got better around January only for my shoulder to hurt to where i couldn't work out on shoulders; still i didn't want to risk injury so i was out even more. Plus i slacked up on eating correctly. Now in feburary, im back on track and hope to keep going as long as i can.
