I first starting in high school playing Football and i wanted to move fast on the field and i thought only running or sprinting in the first year of high school. I was told by my coach that he saw me being dedicated and i was training most my lunchtime, so he said to me you need to start going to the gym. This changed my life forever! i started only doing squats and leg extensions for a couple of months.....
Ok, long storey very short i saw a lot of amateur athletes, Elite athletes and pro bodybuilders then I said, ok I am training a different style now. This is when i become very athletic and extremely dedicated to training, diet and nutrition, its my lifestyle and my passion now and i love it and always look and try new ways to improve myself and compete against me.
I love the fitness lifestyle and i don't like drinking or go out drinking or smoking cause i hate what that will do to my performance and body. Especially my brain. No offence or disrespect for people who train and drink no offence to you. only saying me, fitness and training is me finished!
