While today I may be considered one of the world's top fitness and nutrition experts, I was once just scrawny kid with a dream of playing basketball at the University of Southern California. I wasn't fast. I wasn't agile. I was told that I wasn't a "Division 1 caliber" athlete. But what I lacked in God-given ability, I made up for in heart, hustle and an insatiable desire to be the absolute best. I didn't care what others told me my limitations were nor was I interested in downgrading my dreams. I had a coach that believed in me and I believed in me---and in this case, that was enough. By 16 I was training sometimes up to 4-5 hours a day doing a variation of track, agility and basketball workouts. I loved every minute of it. I became obsessed with the majesty of the human body and our ability to DEFY our genetics. I was getting faster, stronger and breaking down the barriers that had once held me back. For 3 years I stayed 100% consistent and committed to my dream. I made sacrifices. I focused. But most importantly, I learned to block out the opinions people had of what was possible with my own life---and when the time came, I went on to fulfill my dream of playing basketball at the University of Southern California. After studying Performance Nutrition and Exercise at the University of Southern California, I broke onto the Los Angeles training scene with my now world-renowned program: Clutch. With a no-holds barred approach and the ability to transform the body in a matter of 7-days, I was able to quickly rise to the top of the Hollywood training game, becoming the go-to expert for celebrities like Bradley Cooper, Kate Hudson, P. Diddy, Penelope Cruz and many of today's top professional athletes. By my mid twenties, I my Clutch program had been featured in press all over the world. I had a roster A-list clientele, and became a consultant for top sports nutrition brands and signed a global endorsement deal with Adidas. I was honored by Oxygen Magazine as one of "America's Top 10 Celebrity Trainers" and travelled all over the world teaching her Clutch training and nutrition methodologies. After conquering the world of training, I am now focused on her biggest challenge yet: Revolutionizing the world of food and supplements.
