There comes a time in life when you have to grow up and smarten up. You realize that you aren't going to live forever and you have to make the most of the body you have in the time that you are given. You become what you put into your body and and the efforts you make to maintain health and fitness. Although some will argue that I've yet to grow up (not a bad thing), I do believe that I've smartened up considerably - at least when it comes to diet and exercise.
Why I Love it
I love to look and feel like I'm "in shape". Since joining body space, I've lost over 25 lbs, finally have visible abs and probably most importantly - have lowered my bad cholesterol nearly 30 points. What's not to love!
