I started lifting when I was 16 years old--dad was a bodybuilder so we always had a weight room in our house! I used strength training for sports: volleyball, basketball and track throughout high school and college and then started bodybuilding for fitness competitions in 1995.
Why I Love it
My body is my art! I love to transform and create my look and shape as an expression of my inner self. I hope to inspire other women to believe in their abilities to shape their bodies and their lives.
