ANY SENSATIONAL WE CAN FEEL WILL SHIFT IN SOME WAY WITH ATTUNED UNDERSTANDING. -Sarah Peyton- Don’t give up on the possibilities for Transformation. For example I lost a lot of muscle after my January COVID virus. UPDATES: -TUESDAY- Was 5-25 Cardio on our Stationary bike. Got my Heart Rate up to a 90% peak for my age on Sets 3 and 4 and a killer 98% on Set 5! -WEDNESDAY- Free Day. We drove 50 miles North to pick her up to bring her home for a temporary visit for 2-weeks So special to catch up with her! -THURSDAY- Was 5-25 UBWO. So glad to be curling 20-lb DBs on 3-Sets! Final visit to my primary care doctor today. He said it looks like I can move forward with my strength training. My post COVID blood work and blood pressure looks good. Even on the half dosage of high blood pressure prescription. My heart was normal after wearing a heart monitor a month. So he is releasing me! He wants me to eat 100-grams of Protein a day and push hard on my Strength training 3-4 days a week.

Up@12 poumds in a week. Strength is going up nicely. Pulled 500 on 13” axle bar deadlifts today pretty easy. Aint lookin to lose come June 8th.

Feeling sluggish and fat. I know I'm not terribly overweight but I'm definitely filling those clothes out. Plus I have this insatiable appetite the last few days.
